When Silas Redd abruptly bolted for Los Angeles following the NCAA sanctions, Bill Belton knew it was his time to shine. Belton promptly grabbed the reins from the beginning of August practices and never let go, establishing himself as the clear number one tailback on the squad. Tomorrow, Belton will finally get to showcase to the rest of the nation what he, the coaches, and the Penn State fan base realize he's capable of. Hopefully, it will be one grand coming-out party.
