Since we're apparently being lazy with this, I took it upon myself. Bob Szajna played football at Penn State in the early 50s. According to Nittany Anthology, he wore #26 against Rutgers in 1952.
Little else is known for certain about Bob Szajna. Being crippled with an awkward last name, he was likely subject to mispronunciations of it until his death, if indeed Mr. Szajna has passed.
One can only speculate about the rest, especially if he doesn't feel like doing research. It is assumed that Bob Sjazna invented the secret agent, proved the Riemann hypothesis on a dare, and fathered BSD heroes Wick Sollers AND Skins4Ever with a hooker in the DC area.
He's never been to the DC area. His long ball was just that good. Ahead of his time, that Bob Szajna.
