The NCAA wants to correct PSU's alleged "culture" problem and to ensure that no single man ever has the power once wielded by Paterno...right?
Well, what happens when BoB sticks with PSU for the duration of the penalties, and then gradually rebuilds the program to the point where we are kicking major ass 8 years from now? Imagine if we play in the national title playoff, or God forbid, if we win that thing in 2019 or 2020.
In this scenario, the NCAA has created a man so powerful that people will be naming their daughters "BoB".
BoB will be a god in PA. Untouchable.
