Zach Bradshaw is reopening his recruitment in the wake of sanctions handed down to PSU as a result of the Jerry Sandusky/Penn State Football Sex Scandal that was the cause for the firing of Legendary Coach Joe Paterno who died in January of lung cancer.....or at least I think that's the required line for this.
