NCAA says actual athletic scandal at UNC is out of their jurisdiction

Dana O'Neil of ESPN goes ballistic on the NCAA and their hypocrisy. It's mind-boggling that a team, ALREADY ON PROBATION AND MANY OTHER SANCTIONS, can have another scandal involving fake classes for athletes, and the NCAA saying it's out of their jurisdiction. They can tell a high school student their HIGH SCHOOL classes weren't good enough, they can tell a university that a criminal matter involving no football players that they're going to nuke their football team, but their hands are tied when it comes to actual college athletes cheating.
