A StateCollege.com article from this morning says that Paul Jones is currently not with the football team. A Penn State spokesperson says he knows of no change of Jones's status.
StateCollege.com's Nate Mink reported this morning that Paul Jones is currently not with the Penn State football teamafter a disagreement on his offensive packages being removed from the playbook this week. This story seems to have begun last night from a premium post created by Cory James of Lions247($).
On a conference call today, quarterback Matt McGloin said he knew what reporters knew of Jones's status and added that he wasn't at Tuesday's practice.

The Collegian also got in touch with Jones this morning, asking if he was still a member of the football team to which he responded, "I don't know."
