I never played football after high school, so perhaps someone can explain this to me.

I noticed that Ohio had assistant coaches or grad assistants dressed with a lime greenish tshirts on Saturday. They also had their right arm clad in a sleeve from shoulder and hand in either blue or red. Further, their play calling signs had symbols in them such as the Van Halen logo, Holiday Inn Express logo and others.

Can someone enlighten me please?
