Saints' appeal wins! Could a Penn State appeal win?

So the suspended New Orleans Saints have won their appeals, overturning a harsh and some say incorrect punishment by a power hungry commissioner. This makes me hopeful of an appeal for Penn State being overturned. Notice the franchise didn't appeal the Saints' suspensions. It was the players themselves. Maybe the Robinson lead or Paterno family groups can get something back for the Nittany Lions.
