I'm not buying into this governence reorganization transparency/accountability/efficiency malarky. It stinks to high heaven of a gubernatorial ploy to ransack the institutional structure of Penn State. Jerry Sandusky is the only criminal in this affair. Anything beyond that was initiated by Corbett and the state AG.
