Damages in Pennsylvania lawsuit

Just thinking...and I'm making some big assumptions that this lawsuit won't be tossed preliminarily by the Court...but, this lawsuit could potentially take years to resolve, long after the current sanctions are no longer in effect. That said, what kind of damages could ever repair the harm already realized by University, the athletes, BoB, the fans, the Commonwealth, and the entire PSU community? How would they calculate damages; maybe the estimated loss of revenues? Then again, even if it is determined that the NCAA did not have authority to sanction PSU, does PSU have any legal recourse? Is the resolution that the BOT signed a binding agreement, or does it lack consideration, or is it illegal? Lots of questions.
