Penn State gets commitment from 'run-on' quarterback Jack Seymour

This kid seems to have talent (2 stars) and passed on scholarships from smaller schools (Ball State, Southern Illinois and Western Michigan) for shot to play QB at PSU. ESPN shows that Tennessee and Wisconsin had some interest on him as well (but no scholarship was offered).
