I saw that the York Daily Record is reporting that the Sept 14 game versus Virginia has been replaced with Rhode Island.

According to the article, it looks like PSU has requested the change to lessen the effects of the sanctions.
Rhode Island lost all 11 games last year, and scored more than 10 points twice!
