Step Up and Move On

This was a tough game to watch, there is just no sugar coating it. There are changes that need to be made and as a fan base we need to step up and move on as a unified group. Here are my rational, unarguable points that need to be enacted in order to right the ship.

1. Fire Butler….now. That performance was atrocious but it wasn't just this game, it has been all season. He can't game plan, he can't in-game adjust, he has no experience, get rid of him.

2. Fiur Obriun. We can be nice and wait until after the season. But our offense just hasn't performed to the level that we need it to be. He has hired a DC who can not coach well.

3. Cut some players. Scholarships be damned, if you can't hold to the ball you're gone. If you can't complete passes to open receivers you're gone. You can't make open field tackles, you're gone.

4. Hire Tressel. The man knows how to win the BigTen. Period.

5. Give boosters more access to payers and recruits. Pay to Play means Play to Win.

6. Build celebrity suites at the Beav. Having the TV cameras panning in on Jonathan Frakes every game will bring in recruits, fans, and donors at warp speed.

Look, it's tough right now but following this simple plan will bring us to the light and into the 21st football universe.
