Let's talk winning. Let's talk domination. Let's talk the nation's top pound-for-pound high school wrestler, Chance Marsteller, Penn State wrestling commit and all around ass kicker who recorded a fall in the first round of the Super 32 in 24 seconds (watch it here):
is in the finals at 170. Don't know what the Super 32 is? It's a tournament of the best high school wrestlers in the country. Penn State freshman Zain Retherford won the 138 pound weight class last year. Other notable wrestlers that have competed in the Super 32? Out of the 330 wrestlers in last year's NCAA tournament, over 90 of them competed in the Super 32, including seven finalists and 25 All Americans. Ed Ruth, David Taylor, Tony Ramos, Dustin Kilgore, Jordan Oliver and Kyle Dake all competed in the Super 32 in high school. I'll follow up later today with the results of Marsteller's final match. In the meantime, check out what Chance had to say after his matches yesterday.
Also of note, Quentin Wright will be wrestling MMA star Ben Askren tonight.
