Tyler Ferguson to Transfer

It appears that JUCO transfer QB Tyler Ferguson is set to transfer at the end of the semester per Lions247. Ferguson as we know competed for starting spot earlier this season, but ultimately lost it to Christan Hackenberg. Fergusons stats were overall impressive in his limited opportunities going 10-15 for 155 yards and a touchdown. He made appearances in games vs. Syracuse, Eastern Michigan, OSU, and Purdue. Coming into the season he was the #2 rated JUCO pocket-passer coming out of College of the Sequioas. He is yet to use up a redshirt season and it appears that he will next season as reports of him possibly going to a hometown school like Fresno St. or UNLV. He is know the second QB transfer in the past year (see Steven Bench) although depth appears not to be a concern for the Nittany Lions with 4 Star Prospect Michael O' Connor set to arrive in January.
