Big congrats to the men's ice hockey team. Huge win over Wisconsin tonight in the season finale. After getting rolled last night by a score of 5-0, they looked as if they were headed to a similar fate tonight. Second period saw the Badgers getting their act together and taking it to PSU. Lions were lucky to escape the period down only a goal. Down 2-0 in the third they rallied to tie then win in OT.

Beating a ranked team is always a good thing. Beating a BIG ranked team is even better. Was happy BTN was televising the game. I look forward to many more games next season. I was even more please for PSU to get the win when the BTN announcer kept making excuses for PSU as a club team. First year D-1, blah blah blah. If they play this way next season and the rest of the BIG don't take them seriously they might blah blah blah. Nice win guys and a great season. Record might not look it but it was a good season.

And the new place looks like it's built for noise. I can not wait.
