This is the transcript from Penn State's August 2012 BOT meeting. On pages 28 and 31, Marsh and Erickson discuss the "Cram Down". Interestingly, Marsh discusses that they had heard this from multiple sources. Seems like those multiple sources could be subpeonaed in a court case?
