I was fortunate enough to get some stock options with my last job that were managed by BNYMellon Bank. It appears that BNYMellon merged with Computershare. BNYMellon Bank unfortunately never made me aware of this fact despite my having an active email on file with BNYMellon. In fact I can still get emails from the BNYMellon site.

I spent the last 90 minutes going through automated call systems and talking to several representatives from BNYMellon and Computershare. I was finally able place a sell order for some of my shares and during the delay the price of the stock actually went up $.10. Karen thanks for running a completely disorganized brokerage service which allowed me to earn an extra $100, probably not worth my 90 minutes, but hey at least you finally did something that turned out somewhat positive.
