The PSU BOT, through their connections in the PA house have thwarted an Ethics and Open Records Bill in the house which Representative Scot Conklin is trying to introduce. It appears a few well placed phone calls from some yet unidentified PSU BOT members have thwarted any attempt to get this Bill to the house floor for a vote. Representative Conklin, in this interview sends a clear message to the BOT. Its unbelievable that several powerful people on the PSU BOT are holding this University hostage. PSU alumni, students and fans should be outraged and should be going bonkers over this. They really have this Representative Pissed-Off.
