Have you seen the tweet about the movie “365 Days”? Apparently, a respected filmmaker has been in State College since opening kickoff last season documenting how the community is trying to heal from IT. Don't know how ultimately it will work out, but the fact that someone is willing to look at the bigger picture is refreshing ... no matter where it takes us. After all, isn't that what we're all seeking: the truth and a fair retrospective?
Please consider taking a minute to view the video of the producer and director talking about the film. They are also trying to raise funding to complete the film through kickstarter. But to be matched, $50k has to be raised by April 24. When I saw the footage of State College in the fall, and Old Main, and Beaver Stadium decked out in white, and, and, and ... well ... it brought me again to tears. I so love this place and what it stands for!
