This is a very good example of the BOT's failures complete with their Mission Statement and bylaws of their duties. Anyone reading this will have a firm grasp on the failure of leadership over the last 16 months. Its somewhat long but explains in detail and in a very analytical way how this BOT would never run their own businesses the way they have led PSU over the last 16 months. After seeing More Lies and Contradictions and then reading this I doubt anyone will have a leg to stand on in defending their actions.
