McGloin Impresses the Raiders

According to Dustin Hockensmith of Penn Livevia Chris Mortensen of ESPN, Matt McGloin is making a fantastic impression with the Raiders. Mort says that he is pushing Terrelle Pryor and Tyler Wilson for a roster spot. Maybe he will even pull a Russell Wilson and be another rookie to push Matt Flynn out of a starting position on a National Football League roster.

I know that McGloin has been on the receiving end of numerous scoffs and doubts on this forum and many other forums as well. Hockensmith's article, if you can call it that, reminds us that McGloin has used these types of doubts to fuel a strong and hot internal fire.

We would all love to see McGloin push Terrelle Pryor off the Raiders' roster. What do you folks rate his chances at? Positive reports like this are good to read. Here is to hoping that Matt McGloin continues to make us Penn State Proud.
