Great article about Matt McGloin from Matt Millen's point of view.

David Jones of the Harrisburg Patriot-News recently chatted with former Penn State lineman, Oakland Raider linebacker, Detroit Lions general manager, and current ESPN analyst Matt Millen about the surprising success of Matt McGloin in Oakland. Millen gives excellent insight into the though process of Reggie McKenzie's decision to cut Tyler Wilson his 4th round draft pick in favor of the undrafted free agent, McGloin. He stressed that it is very rare for a GM to cut such a high draft pick, especially at quarterback. Unprompted, according to Jones, Millen offered glowing praise of Bill O'Brien's work with McGloin. His progress and the struggles of Flynn and Pryor in Oakland make me think, admittedly biased, that Matt McGloin will end up starting for the Raiders within the next few years at least. McGloin came to camp prepared and ready to go. He showed confidence a confidence that Wilson apparently lacked. How soon do you think McGloin will be starting, if he starts?
