should maybe talk to Coach Franklin about Mike Gesicki (TE football recruit for 2014). He was invited to play in the McDonald's all America game for basketball too. Obviously, he has a few skills the Hoops team might be able to use. While he would have to play two sports, it could be advantageous to both the football team and basketball team.
For the football team: Pat Chambers gives him a basketball scholarship, freeing up a football scholarship. (Not sure how all that works, but it sounds good).
For the basketball team: Penn State doesn't often have the opportunity to have a McDonald's all American on their team. He might be a real asset.
There is always the injury potential and working two sports, blah, blah, blah, but there have been several athletes that have done it before, why not Penn State?
