"Are you trying to get me killed? Is that what you're trying to do? Yeah, that ain't happening around here," Franklin said when asked about uniform alterations. "That's not going to happen around here.''

David Taylor won the Hodge Trophy (college wrestling's equivalent of the Heisman Trophy) for the second time in three years. Also, GoPSUSports.com has an excellent write-up about Matt English and how he persevered through tough injury times (not to mention being forced to pay his own way through school after earning a sixth year from the NCAA) to earn himself a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Championships and All-American honors.
