Garry Gilliam probably doesn't get enough credit as one of the primary leaders who helped Penn State to improbable winning seasons in 2012 and 2013 while all of the outside world declared the Nittany Lions football program dead. After playing tight end throughout most of his Penn State career, Gilliam moved inside to tackle as a senior where he provided valuable protection to true freshman Christian Hackenberg. Following the draft, he signed on with the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks and will hopefully begin a long NFL career. Best of luck Garry, and thanks for the memories at Penn State!
Redshirt freshman fullback Tom Pancoast will don number 89 in 2014. I'd like to also include a shout-out to Gerald "Ice Cube" McNeil.
