Siren time? 247 is reporting that this kid (Gary Wooten) committed to Penn State today. I don't have a paid membership to 247, so I can't see any details. But I did see some chatter on some message boards that indicates he was originally in the recruiting class of 2011, and he may have spent this past season at a prep school or JUCO. I'm not sure of the accuracy of these reports.
