Penn State Board of Trustees Will Discuss NCAA Consent Decree on Sunday
Penn State's Board of Trustees will meet on Sunday by teleconference to discuss the Consent Decree agreed to by President Rodney Erickson and NCAA President Mark Emmert. The Trustees are expected to ratify that agreement.
