Penn State's Board of Trustees will meet on Sunday by teleconference to discuss the Consent Decree agreed to by President Rodney Erickson and NCAA President Mark Emmert. The Trustees are expected to ratify that agreement.
With the NCAA's severe sanctions levied against Penn State, the NCAA set a dangerous precedent that they can come after schools whether they mess up on or off the field. But will they take advantage of it or hope that this is an example to everyone?
