Dropped Out: UCLA (#12), Louisville (#19), Tennessee (#20), Washington (#21).
I put Texas back where they were. I think Ohio State's impressive win over Washington deserves to be recognized. I'm not really punishing Penn State. I just don't know where this team belongs and don't feel comfortable putting them at #6 until I see more.
And please note I eased up a bit on West Virginia since WakeUp made a good point about their win over Maryland. It remains to be seen how good or bad Maryland is though. I have to see more of West Virginia before I'm completely sold on them. Playing some good defense would help them immensely.
So that's my ballot and I'm sticking to it.
