Success With Hyperlinking Is Keeping The Band Together

The Big 12 is still alive. Somehow. After all the doom and gloom about the conference's future, it appears that the Big 12 will live to see another day. Dan Beebe is out, and Chuck Neinas is in as commissioner, and the current nine teams have committed their media rights to the conference for the next six years. Hopefully we won't have to hear about a team leaving the conference before those six years are up.

Okay one more thing about realignment. Did you guys know that Rutgers controls New York City? Brilliant work as always from TNIAAM.

It's Miller Time lolololol right guys?! Braxton Miller will be starting for Ohio State when they host Colorado this weekend. Hopefully he performs LIKE A BAUS.

Eagerly await Iowa's response. As neat as this Boise State corn maze is, I'd be a lot more impressed if it was a mural of Kirk Ferentz chewing gum and thinking about punting.

Pray for his poor, overworked Xbox. Former Buckeye WR Duron Carter will redshirt this year at Alabama.

I'll get the popcorn. Luther Campbell is suing Nevin Shapiro for defamation. Besides this being a completely frivolous and patently ridiculous lawsuit, take a second to think about the situation. Campbell is suing a guy that is dead broke and in jail for the next 20 years. The only thing he's going to get out of this is a bill from his lawyer, and the chance to stand at the end of a very, very long line of creditors.

Very nice. Former Iowa walk on Brett Greenwood suffered a heart attack a few weeks ago, and has been in the hospital ever since. To show support for Greenwood, Iowa fans will be wearing green to their game this weekend against UL-Monroe. Thoughts and prayers from all here at BSD for a speedy and full recovery.
