There wasn't much change in the Big Ten's 2013 recruiting classes this week, with the biggest pickup coming when 5* TE Adam Breneman chose the Nittany Lions. Michigan was the only other team who added players, picking up two more commits to add to their already stocked class.

This week, Penn State jumps Michigan State for the third best 2013 class in the Big Ten so far. Michigan's Rivals average is skewed this week, as three of their players are unranked in that service; Michigan State is the same, with three of their four commits unranked according to Rivals. Nebraska's Scout ranking was off of only one player, as their second was unranked in Scout.
These rankings reflect the new Scout ratings released last week. ESPN has yet to publish their ratings for the class of 2013, which are scheduled to be released in mid-April. These will be included once they are revealed.

Michigan picked up two more recruits this week, both from the state of Ohio. LB McCray held an offer from Penn State when he committed to the Wolverines. Bosch, Thomas, Tuley-Tillman, Charlton, Dawson, Kugler, Butt, Lewis, Dukes, and Hill all picked up extra stars when Scout released their revised ratings this past week.
