The number of Big Ten schools without a 2013 recruit is down to three this week, as Iowa gained their first recruit on April 4. Penn State was the only other Big Ten school to gain a commit, but still sits behind Ohio State in the overall rankings.

As with last week, Illinois' Rivals ranked is based off of only one of their two recruits, as is Nebraska's Scout grade. And, lastly, PSU's rankings for Rivals and Scout are taken from five of their six commits, while Wisconsin's Scout grade is based off of 1 player, and their 247 grade is from two of their three commits.
