It's been a very busy week in Big Ten country for recruitniks, with all but four schools gaining recruits. Northwestern joins the ranks of schools with commits, leaving the schools in Indiana as the only ones left without a single class of 2013 commitment.

Illinois, Nebraska, and Iowa all jumped Wisconsin in the overall team rankings this week, and Northwestern's lone commit was more than enough to jump Minnesota in the rankings.
As for factoring in non-ranking players, Illinois' Rivals ranking is based off of three of their four players, while Iowa's Scout ranking is based off of two of the three. Michigan State's Rivals and Scout grades are based off of 6 of 7 of their commits, and Nebraska's Scout grade is for two out of their three; Wisconsin comes in with 1 of 3 ranked by Scout, and 2 of 3 ranked by 247. For Penn State, the Scout and Rival grades are based off of 6 of the 8 commits, while their 247 grade is for 7 of 8.
These numbers, and the ones below, do not reflect the revised 247 rankings that were released on 4/16; additionally, ESPN releases their first grades today, so next week's numbers look to be a bit different from those on this week's chart.
