This week was the biggest week the conference as a whole has had in quite some time, with eight recruits committing to play for Big Ten schools. Indiana finally joined the party, nabbing their first commit of the 2013 recruiting class.

The Wolverines' lone pickup this week was also their first non-rated commit of the year. Sypniewski was offered and committed on the spot, holding offers from no other D1 school. This week, too, saw Michigan fall to number 2 in the 247 overall team rankings, now ranked behind Alabama.

The Wildcats tripled their class in one week, adding a trio of offensive linemen and a wideout to their 2013 class. Of note is Lancaster, whom both Rivals and ESPN have listed as committed to Northwestern, but whom both 247 and Scout leave off of the team's list. Because of this, Northwestern's overall team ranking is lower than it otherwise might be.
