Chima Okoli came to Penn State as a defensive lineman in the class of 2007. After sitting out as a redshirt freshman, he saw spot duty in Larry Johnson Sr.'s rotation in the 2008 and 2009 seasons. When his team needed him to switch to the offensive line prior to the 2010 campaign, Okoli rose to the challenge. Okoli was selected as a captain during his senior season thanks to his outgoing personality and strong leadership skills. True to the "Success With Honor" code, Okoli graduated in May of 2011 by earning a advertising degree with a 3.51 cumulative GPA.
