Penn State Sr WR Justin Brown has told Oklahoma coaches he will transfer there. Plans to arrive Monday.

Joe Schad of ESPN is reporting that senior wide receiver Justin Brown will take advantage of the NCAA sanctions against Penn State and transfer to Oklahoma to play out his final year of eligibility.
Brown was the second-leading receiver for the Nittany Lions last year, catching 35 passes for 517 yards and two touchdowns. He was expected to be the top target for Matt McGloin this season after the graduation of Derek Moye this past year.
With the Brown transfer, no returning Nittany Lion receiver had more than five catches last season (Shawney Kersey had five for 108 yards). Kersey and Allen Robinson are expected to the top two receivers with Alex Kenney filling the third receiver spot according to the spring practice depth chart.
