This week was a slow week in the Big Ten, with the only movement coming in the form of Iowa, who dropped to sixth in overall rankings in the conference. Somewhat surprisingly, the decommitment this week of Will Fuller didn't drop Penn State in the rankings; they still sit in third overall in the conference.
