Penn State Hockey Unveils New Jerseys

It's been a long time coming, but Penn State hockey's jump to Division I is almost complete as the team unveiled their new jerseys yesterday and student ticket packages go on sale today for the team's first season in NCAA play.

The jerseys are simple with the Nittany Lion logo on the front of the jersey with a stripe below it and player names and numbers on the back. There are also stripes and numbers on each of the arms. The team will wear whites at home and their navy blues on the road. Personally, I think the clean-cutness of the jerseys make for a great look. You can buy them at the HUB or All-Sports Museum on campus or by calling 814-863-2039.

Students will have their first opportunity to grab tickets to this season's games today as packages go on sale at 7:00 a.m. at the BJC ticket office. Three different five-game packages can be bought for $20 each and students are limited to one package a piece. If there are still tickets available after the first day of sales, students will then be permitted to buy additional packages.

According to GoPSUSports, season ticket packages for the general public have been sold out. Individual game tickets will go on sale September 18th at the Bryce Jordan Center or by calling 1-800-NITTANY.
