It's time for the B1G show as conference play starts up for most of the Big Ten teams. Last week Illinois and Iowa were huge disappointments and don't look now but Minnesota is undefeated at 4-0. Yeah that made me throw up a little in my mouth too, but that won't last forever, or will it? Are we in some Bizarro World where the Gophers are relevant? Probably not, but they do get Iowa this weekend and what a hot mess they are this season.
But before we move on we have our Thursday night game. This week we get the Stanford Cardinal (3-0) traveling to take on the Washington Huskies (2-1). You may remember Stanford as the team that upset USC... again for the 4th time. Well they've had a bye week to sit and think about it and Washington has had a bye week to sit and think about Stanford. Could this be the making of an upset? Washington's only loss came to #3 LSU. Like I said in last week's post, everyone agreed on the majority of games so there wasn't going to be much movement, but there was some. You, oh loyal reader of BSD, took a bit of a tumble, but don't worry, Nick was there to break your fall. Everyone got tripped up on Iowa and Illinois (except Dan), and most of us didn't see Minnesota staying undefeated.

The staff is iffy on Iowa-Minnesota and Ohio State-Sparty, everyone else we pretty much agree on. There are fewer games so they count more and they make my job a lot easier from this point forward. So time to step up BSD!
