Quick thoughts: I was feeling pretty good when calculating all of these...until I hit the special teams portion. Then, with that and the turnover margin woo doggy, things went south pretty fast.
Aside from that, though (and yes, I'm well aware that that's a big aside), these teams are pretty evenly matched up--these two don't look, on paper, like the 7-0 top five team vs the team that lost to Indiana that they are. The obvious exception, of course, is the third down percentage when Penn State is on offense; but, on the plus side, if our third down % is at Ohio State's defense's season average--we'd be above our season average! So, yay?
