Blue-White Game tailgaters might have to pull up to the Penn State IM fields a bit earlier this year as the school announced today that the annual spring game would start at noon. In the majority of past years, the game started at 2:00 p.m.
As always, parking and admission to the game will be free. Parking lots will open up at 8:00 a.m. and stadium entrances will begin allowing spectators in at 10:30 a.m.
The line-up is the same as usual, minus the annual pre-game autograph session with players. A separate event is being planned for the summer according to the university.
If you want to catch some of the non-revenue sports while you're in town for the weekend, the men's gymnastics, baseball, field hockey, men's golf, softball, men's tennis, women's tennis and men's volleyball teams will all be in action in Happy Valley between Friday and Sunday.
