Have just been able to confirm that Parker Cothren has signed and faxed his National Letter of Intent to #PennState.
— Greg Pickel (@GregPickel) February 6, 2013
Parker Cothren originally committed to Purdue, but after seeing Penn State put a trouncing on Indiana, he came to his senses and committed to the Nittany Lions in November. Standing at 6'5" and weighing 265 pounds, he played on both sides of the ball in high school but is projected to be a defensive lineman for this Nittany Lions squad. Larry Johnson has another talent to mold into whatever he wants, so Cothren should have his named called a lot in the coming years in Beaver Stadium.
