There will be blood. Oh yes, there will be blood.
It has been announced that Penn State will travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Pitt Panthers in the 15th Big Ten-ACC Challenge on Tuesday, December 3.
Penn State, who is 5-7 historically in the Challenge and 4-2 in their last six games, lost their matchup last season against Boston College. This, of course, is Pitt's first year in the Challenge, as they are now moving to the ACC from the Big East.
Pat Chambers has stated in the past that he would like to renew the Penn State/Pitt basketball rivalry, as the two teams have not played since 2005, when Pitt curb stomped PSU en route to a 91-54 victory.
This is another big announcement for PSU basket sport hoop game this offseason: it has already been announced that PSU will be taking part in the Barclays Center Classic against St. John's, Georgia Tech and Marshall Henderson Ole Miss. Eric has also posted the non-conference schedule for Penn State, which could be found RIGHT HERE --
