The first wide receiver from Penn State to ever attain All-American status, Kenny Jackson starred on the Nittany Lions' national championship team from 1982 and held 27 school records when he left the university and was drafted fourth overall by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 1984 NFL Draft. He came back to coach the Penn State wide receivers from 1993-2000 before taking a position with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Many consider him the best wideout to come through Happy Valley, although there's a guy by the name of Allen Robinson on campus now that might change people's thinking if he continues the dominance he exhibited during the 2012 campaign.
Wearing #82 currently is Ryan Seibolt, a student-athlete who is a walk-on to the football team and who played on the Icers club hockey team while in his first two years before it was disbanded to make way for the Division I program.
