The Hoosiers finally get on the board this cycle, and jump their MHR (sorry Iowa, that rivalry's taken) for the #13 spot in the conference.
Over half the conference gained commits these past two weeks, and with their two additions, the Nittany Lions once again find themselves in third conference-wide.
As with last week, this chart includes an Illini commit that I can't confirm will be counted in the class of '13 or '14; also, for those unfamiliar with my tiebreak scenario, I give the higher ranking to the school that has more commits. Minnesota and Illinois have the same average team rank this week, but by virtue of having the bigger class (so far), Beckman's boys get the coveted #9 spot on our list.
