Finally, Nebraska! The Huskers climb out of the doldrums of the conference, clocking it an #9 this week. There wasn't much movement at the top, with Michigan still narrowly edging out OSU and PSU leading the pack of essentially, at this point, second tier classes.
MSU did jump their Chicago and Jersey counterparts this week, and the two schools from Indiana flip flopped, but aside from that, despite the insane number of commits this week, there wasn't a whole heckuva lot of movement on the board.
