This morning, Judge Yvette Kane ruled that the anti-trust lawsuit against the NCAA by Pa. Governor Tom Corbett and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania had no merit and that the case was immediately dropped. She noted that while the NCAA may have overstepped their bounds in handing down crippling sanctions to an innocent party, there's no tie of them to anti-trust law.
