The last Penn Stater to wear #30 played a key role for the Lions, but we wouldn't want to be honoring a defector, no matter how noble his intentions. But after Anthony Fera, it's a pretty thin cast of characters who've donned the big 3-0. So with few other options, why not turn to one of the last guys to play on a championship team, WR Eric Hamilton. The Cleveland native was never a primary option for John Shaffer, but had his best year in that 1986 season, hauling in 4 of his 6 career touchdown passes. Apparently, he still lives in the area, and now owns a sign-making franchise, so, if you find yourself in northern Ohio in need of a sign, you know where to go.
