The BSD Big Ten Pick'em challenge returns for yet another year

For those of you that are new to BSD, each footbawl season we host an open thread every Thursday night, so we have a forum to comment on the night's game as it plays out, discuss Saturday's game, and make fun of Pitt and/or tOSU. But the fun doesn't stop there! We need an intense competition between seasoned prognosticators filler material for the post, so we also offer BSD's Big Ten Challenge: a friendly competition between Shoe's contributors and you. That's right, we're polling you, oh informed reader, and your votes count. How good are you? Looking at last year's results, I know you can beat bscaff (my cats randomly picking teams from catnip filled footballs could beat him) but can you beat Cari? Step up to the challenge and all the glory and BSD riches* could be yours.

I keep track as the season goes on so check back in every week. But before we get to that, we have actual football to watch as North Carolina takes on No. 6 South Carolina; a battle for the Carolinas. The game starts at 6 PM and airs on ESPN. Stop by for the fun.
